1. Under “Connect via:” select the Ethernet port that connects the Mac to the LAN.

2. Under “Conﬁgure” select “Using DHCP Server”

3. Close the Control Panel and select “Save” when prompted.

Windows 95/98 Clients

1. Click the Start menu, and select Settings, Control Panel.

2. Double-click the Network Icon.

Locate the TCP/IP line that is linked to the network card you use to communicate with the server.

Highlight that line and click Properties.
